Check out some of our favorite ebooks!

Did you know that newly released books, including ebooks, come out on Tuesdays? Every Tuesday morning I order the new fiction ebooks for Cook Memorial Public Library District’s Overdrive (Libby) and Cloud Library services.

If you are an ebook user, you’ve probably noticed that the new titles often are quickly checked out. So if you are looking for a good ebook to read while you stay at home, I thought I’d list some of our favorite older books that are available as I write this in either Overdrive or Cloud Library. We have thousands of older ebook titles to explore. You can search by genres to find hidden gems. You need a Cook library card to access our ebooks. If you have a card with another library, use this list to find ebooks from your home library.

  1. Great idea, Jo! I also love the idea of showing staff members working from home. Can’t wait to see more of those. Jane ________________________________
